Report Before Transmission (Advanced Security Function)

Select this to activate the Report
Before Transmission function (have
the machine print a report). This item
must be activated before the other
two items can be activated.

Require the user to enter his or her
user ID.

CHECKER ID CHK]
Require another user to enter his or
her user ID after checking the
transmission report.

Sending a fax when Report
Before Transmission is enabled
Follow the steps below to send a fax
when Report Before Transmission is
enabled.

Load the document(s).

If desired, press

Enter the fax number using one of
the following methods:

stored in a Rapid Key, press the
Rapid Key.

Search Dialling: Press
until the name or number of
the other party appears in the
display, and press

Direct Keypad Dialling: Press the
number keys to enter the full fax
number and press
