4 Align the pin connectors on the Token Ring Card
with the receptacle on the controller board and
insert the card so that it fits into the optional
interface slot.
5 Secure the Token Ring Card to the controller board
with the screws removed in Step 3.
6 Align the controller board with the printer's guide
channel and slide the board all the way into the
printer until it stops. Then replace the screws to
secure the controller board.
7 Reconnect the power cord and all cables and turn on
the printer.
8 Print a Configuration Sheet (as described on
page 45) and confirm that the Token Ring Card
appears as an installed option. If any problems
occur, reinstall the card. If problems persist, check

assistance.
