Spelling... — In fill view, check the spelling in your filled fields. In
design view, check the spelling of text, either after form import to check
recognition accuracy or after you create text objects. See "Spell Checking
Your Form" on page 190 for more information.
Calculation (design view only) — Define a calculation on a selected
field. OmniForm calculates the result automatically as you fill the form.
See Chapter 9, Using Calculations.
Tab Order (design view only) — Open the Tab Order window and
change the order that the cursor tabs through fields in fill view. See
"Changing Tab Order" on page 160.
Scrapbook (design view only) — Open the scrapbook window. A
check mark in front of this command means it is active. Use the
scrapbook to store any object in your form. See "Using the Scrapbook"
on page 164.
Snap to Grid (design view only) — Automatically position objects
to grid points as you move, create, or resize them. A check mark in front
of the command means that snapping is on. The grid consists of
horizontal and vertical lines made up of points that assist in positioning
and resizing objects on the form. You can set the distance between grid
points. See the next entry for more information.
Grid Settings... (design view only) — Set grid spacing and grid
origin. The default horizontal and vertical spacing between points
depends on the measurement unit selected in the Options dialog box.
(See the Options... entry in this section.) The default origin is 0.
• Type a number in the Horizontal text box under Spacing to set the
distance between the horizontal grid points.
• Type a number in the Vertical text box under Spacing to set the
distance between the vertical grid points.
• Type a number in the Horizontal text box under Origin to set the
ruler start point for measuring the horizontal grid points.
• Type a number in the Vertical text box under Origin to set the
ruler start point for measuring the vertical grid points.
See the previous entry, "Snap to Grid," for more information.
