V. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS PREPARATION A. Before starting assembly, ensure that you have sufficient space around the item. B. Use the provided tools for assembly. C. Some bolts are pre-installed on the bike. STEP 1 1. Attach the Front Stabilizer (15) to the Main Frame (16) using two sets of Ø10 Flat Washers (5) and Bolts (3).

STEP 3 1. Insert the Left Handlebar Assembly (18) and Right Handlebar Assembly (21) into the Main Frame Assembly (16) as shown in the diagram. Secure each handlebar using Bolts (96), Elastic Washers (86), and Nuts (31). 2. Next, attach the Pedal Screws (92) and Pedal Decorative Covers (93) to the Main Frame Assembly (16) using the provided tools.

Seat and Handlebar Adjustment Instructions A. Adjusting Seat Height: Loosen the spring knob on the vertical seat post located on the main frame. Pull the knob back and slide the vertical post to the desired height. Ensure the holes are properly aligned, then release the knob and retighten it securely.

4. Press START button once enter into PAUSE mode, Buzzer will sound for 0.5s per second within 30s. All values are displaying on LCD and flashing in every 2s. If continue to stop training for 5 minutes, buzzer sounds 2s and enter to Wake-up mode. Press START to resume workout. 5.

COOL DOWN Finish each workout with a light jog or walk for at least 1 minute. Then complete 5 to 10 minutes of stretching to cool down. This will increase the flexibility of your muscles and will help prevent post- exercise problems.
