Models: 02-1248C0112, 02A1248C0112, 02A1248C0150 12 Ton (11 Metric Ton) Single Stage Jack ASSEMBLY This product is shipped completely assembled and tested and requires no further assembly before operation. The following sections apply when servicing the unit. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS This product should be assembled and/or repaired using good workmanship practices and proper tools. Bolts and elastic stopnuts should be tightened to a torque not to exceed industry standards for Grade '5' bolts. -

At no time shall personnel work under the raised load until it is secured by suitable means, i.e. ram locknut. - Page 8 Load test jacks annually. Only order replacement parts from Tronair.
