Models: 02-1240C0111 & 02A1240C0111 12 Ton (10.88 Metric Ton) Single Stage Jack ASSEMBLY This product is shipped completely assembled and tested and requires no further assembly before operation. The following sections apply when servicing the unit. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS This product should be assembled and/or repaired using good workmanship practices and proper tools. Bolts and elastic stopnuts should be tightened to a torque not to exceed industry standards for Grade '5' bolts.

NOTE: Turning the pump release valve counter-clockwise lowers the jack. Turning the pump release valve clockwise stops the jacks descent, and allows it to be raised.

If warranty coverage is approved, either replacement parts will be sent or the product will have to be returned to Tronair for repairs. If the product is to be returned, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for reference purposes on any shipping documents.
