DHCP is a protocol for assigning dynamic IP addresses to devices on a network. DHCP
supports a mix of static and dynamic IP addresses.

This tag specifies in seconds how often to check for stale edges.
Description
Stale edges are those edges that have not sent the FADP a keep-alive message within the
specified time limit.
The default value is 60 seconds.
