The value for this tag determines the maximum number of process failures that can occur
before a core process is disabled.
Description
Once the core processes are disabled, Flash Media Server does not launch a core process until
some minimum recovery time has elapsed. Having a time lag for recovery avoids a Denial of
Service action, which can happen when a faulty core consumes all CPU resources by
repeatedly launching itself.
