Unit 60 M Function
This unit is used to define any two miscellaneous functions M.
Parameters:
U
M function: Input of any miscellaneous functions M
Unit 50 Separate Tool Call
This unit is used to define a separate tool call.
Parameters in the overview form:
U
T: Tool number or name (switchable via soft key)
U
S: Spindle speed [rpm] or cutting speed [m/min or ipm]
U
DL: Delta length for tool T
U
DR: Delta radius for tool T
U
DR2: Delta radius 2 (corner radius) for tool T
U
Define M function: If desired, enter any miscellaneous functions M
U
Define pre-positioning: If desired, enter a position to be approached
after the tool change. Positioning sequence: First the machining plane
(X/Y), then tool axis (Z).
U
Tool preselect: If needed, this is the number of the next tool for faster
tool change (machine-dependent)
