    Transport " Ziehl-Abegg electric motors are packed by the manufacturer for the types of transport and storage agreed upon. " Transport the motor(s) either with the original packing or at the casted eyelets or eyebolts using adequate hoists.

    Please pay attention to the patent situation concerning the use of elevator machines in the shaft. When using the ZETASYN according to our installation examples there are no problems with patents. In doubt please contact Ziehl-Abegg. " When installing the drive in the elevator shaft, the motor should be installed preferably at the lowest stopping point.

Brake fixation in accordance with the brake operating instructions. Please leave sufficient room for swinging out the brakes. See section 9.2 Dimension Sheets. Mounting bowden cable Bowden cables for mechanical release of the brakes are optional avaiable.
