Drawing Up the Bobbin Thread

1. Hold needle thread lightly with left hand.
Press key twice to pick up bobbin thread.
2. Raise presser foot. Pull on needle thread to draw
up loop of bobbin thread.
3. Slide 10 cm (4") of both threads to the back
under presser foot.
NOTE: It is not necessary for bobbin thread
to be drawn up to the surface after using the
key.
