The followings tables list the services and processes that are running on
the system after the installation.
Process Description
fsavigwd.exe The service starts and monitors the status of the
HTTP proxy module. It restarts the proxy module
when the F-Secure Anti-Virus for Internet Gateways
settings are changed.
F-Secure Management Agent starts and controls the
service automatically.
httpscan.exe The process acts as a HTTP proxy and processes
files downloaded through the proxy via HTTP/1.0
and HTTP/1.1 protocols.
rotatelogs.exe The process rotates product log file(s) with a defined
time interval. Access.log and error.log have their
own processes, so two instances of the process
should be running at the same time.
Process Description
fsavagsm.exe The service acts as a mail gateway. It accepts e-mail
messages, processes them as specified in the
settings and delivers processed e-mails to the
designated SMTP server for further processing and
delivery.
F-Secure Management Agent starts and controls the
service automatically.
