Troubleshooting
If the table fails to operate, ensure all wire connections are secured.

Table moves at a slow rate

NOTE: After an error has occurred, even if the desk has been powered off and then on, the controller
must be reset. Long press the power button for 5 seconds.
Contact customer support for assistance if table fails to reset.
Solution
M1 column overload protection, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 electrical current
is too high)
M2 column overload protection, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 electrical current
is too high)
M3 column overload protection, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 electrical current
is too high)
M4 column overload protection, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 electrical current
is too high)
Abnormal M3 signal feedback, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 column wiring is
not secure/hardware damage occurs inside the controller)
Abnormal M1 signal feedback, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 column wiring is
not secure/hardware damage occurs inside the controller)
Abnormal M2 signal feedback, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 column wiring is
not secure/hardware damage occurs inside the controller)
Abnormal M4 signal feedback, abnormal stop of the mechanism (M1 column wiring is
not secure/hardware damage occurs inside the controller)
Low voltage protection when the controller is in operating condition
Communication between controllers A and B is interrupted / the height between
any two columns exceeds the set value without synchronization
Overheating protection / work system protection
The hand controller is not connected to the system / the controller is dormant
(normal) / the digital tube is damaged
Reset table. Then check if overloaded, max loading: 220lbs;
