  • Page 5 Step 3: Assemble the left, right wings & main body with the Hex Bolt (M12*30), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M12*30*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Step 4: Install the light bar bracket into the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M8*20), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M8*16*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
  • Page 6 Step 5: Install the Skid Plate into the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M8*20), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M8*16*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Step 6: Install the bumper onto the vehicle frame with the Hex Bolt (M12*110), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M12*30*2), Hex Nuts (M12).
  • Page 7 Notes: Tighten up the bolts on both sides after adjusting the height of the bumper. Leave a proper distance between the bumper and the car frame as the picture shown. Step 7: If you have a winch control box, you need install the winch control box bracket to fix it in left or right side.
