- Page 4 (4) Installation instruction: Step 1: Assemble the rack on the ground. mount the front and rear fairings. To do this, use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), Flat Washer (M8*20*1.5). When mounting the front fairing, adjust it all the way up to avoid contact with the roof and leave the bolts loose enough to be able to make adjustments once it is on the roof of the vehicle.
- Page 5 Step 2: Next, mount the crossbars between the two side rails. For this use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), Flat Washer (M8*20*1.5). Make sure the machined slot in the rail of the crossbar is facing up. Step 3: Next, Snap the Rubber Mat into the front mounting brackets & the front mounting brackets covers.
- Page 6 Step 4: Next, install the front mounting brackets. For this use the Rivet Nut Plate (M8), the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*25), Flat Washer (M8*20*1.5). Don’t tighten up those bolts. Step 5: Finally, install the the front mounting brackets covers. Put the roof rack into your vehicle.
