Action
Return to service (RTS) any links that you manually busied
in the power down process.

(The network is back in service [InSv]).
Continue this process until all of the network planes are
back InSv.

Action
Make sure that all four power converter cards that you
power up sit correctly in the slots. The four power
converters consist of:
two +5V 80A Power Converter cards (NT9X30)
two –5V 20A Power Converter cards (NT9X31)
To turn ON the four power converters, press upward on
each power switch. The switch automatically returns to the
center position. As you turn ON each card, the
light-emitting diode (LED) of the converter turns off.
After you power up the shelf, you can load the shelf again
and RTS the shelf.
