4.1
Preparation for use
4.1.1
Charging the battery pack
Charge the battery pack prior to commissioning and as
required.
WARNING
Improper charging can result in a risk of fire, explosion and
chemical burns!
► Only charge the battery pack using the charger specified
in the order list.
Failure to observe this warning may result in material
damage and serious injury to persons.
1. Leave the battery pack (Fig. A/2) in the battery
compartment of the air flow indicator to charge.
2. Plug the charger cable into the socket (Fig. A/11) of the
battery pack.
3. Plug the charger's power plug into the power socket.
Charging indicator on the battery charger:
Yellow LED flashes slowly: beginning charging process
Green LED flashes: battery pack is charging
Green LED constantly lit: battery pack is fully charged
