STEP 1 TOOLS NEEDED: 5/32” ALLEN WRENCH & 7/16” WRENCH INSTALLATION PREP: [Fg. 15] Disconnect the Safety Cable [N] the TwinTube. Remove LED Lights [DD] from LED Light Bracket [CC]. Disconnect the LED Light Wareharness [HH] from the vehicle. Unbolt and remove Trays [O] from Slide Tubes [H]. - Page 3 STEP 2 CONT. TOOLS NEEDED: 1/2” WRENCH OR SOCKET & ??? II & Y L & M II & Y [Fg. 2a] STEP 3 TOOLS NEEDED: 1/2” WRENCH OR SOCKET & ??? Secure two Trays [O] (WITH ATTACHED LED LIGHT BRACKETS [CC]) to the Slide Tubes [H] using one (1) 42in Bar [UU], (1) 16in Bar [VV] and following hardware sections: 5/16in Carriage Bolts: Four (4) 5/16”...
- Page 4 STEP 4 TOOLS NEEDED: 1/2” WRENCH OR SOCKET Centered between the tray assemblies from Steps 8 & [Fg. 4] 9 secure one (1) Tray [TT], secure to the Slide Tubes ZZ & II [H] using one (1) Short Bar [U] (26in, Thin), (1) 16in Bar [VV] and following [Fg.
- Page 5 STEP 14 TOOLS NEEDED: 7/16” WRENCH OR SOCKET IMPORTANT!: When installing the LED Lights [DD] to the carrier, the LED Light with the blue wire **[Fg. 17b] must be installed to the drivers side and the LED Light with the yellow wire to the passenger side. Affix the LED Lights [DD] to the LED Light Brackets [CC] as shown (the blue wire to drivers side and the yellow wire to the passenger side).
