4. Disconnect the high-pressure cleaner from the water
supply.
5. Press the trigger (2a) of the spray gun (2) to release
the existing pressure in the system.
6. Lock the trigger (2a) with the trigger interlock (2b).

Self-priming function
DANGER
The product itself must not be immersed in
the open water source.
There is a risk of persons being injured due
to electric shock.
You can also use the product independently of the water
supply (e.g. rain barrel*) thanks to the integrated water
suction function.
This function can only be used with a suction hose with fil-
ter basket*.
* = may not be included in the scope of delivery!
Note:
• Running dry will damage the product.
• The product should not be higher than the water take-
off point.
1. Plug the suction hose with filter basket onto the cou-
pling (12a) of the water connection (12).
2. Hang the end with the filter basket into the water ex-
traction point.
Make sure you have a sufficient water supply and a
safe water supply.
3. Remove the lance (4) from the spray gun (2).
Press the trigger (2a) of the spray gun (2) and only
then switch on the product.
4. The product starts to draw in water and the air can es-
cape.
5. When there is no more air in the product, you can re-
lease the trigger (2a) of the spray gun (2).

Stop operation
1. After working with cleaning agents, rinse the system
with clean water.
To do this, remove the cleaning agent tank (11).
2. Switch the product off as described in 10.2.
3. Remove the high-pressure hose (8) as described in
9.1.
4. Remove the attachment from the lance (4) as de-
scribed in 9.2.
5. Stow the spray gun (2) with the lance (4) in the holder
(4a).

11 Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING
Have maintenance and repair tasks that are
not described in this operating manual, car-
ried out by a specialist workshop. Use only
original spare parts.
There is a risk of accident! Always carry out
maintenance and cleaning work with the mo-
tor switched off and the mains plug discon-
nected. There is a danger of injury! Let the
Product cool down before all maintenance
and cleaning tasks. Elements of the engine
are hot. There is a danger of injury and burn-
ing!
The product can start unexpectedly and cause injuries.

Switch off the product before all cleaning and main-
tenance work.

Allow the product to cool down.

Disconnect the mains plug!
11.1
Cleaning
WARNING
Do not spray the product with water or clean it under
running water. There is a danger of electric shock and
the product could be damaged.
• Keep protective devices, air vents and the motor
housing as free of dust and dirt as possible. Rub the
product clean with a clean cloth* or blow it off with
compressed air* at low pressure. We recommend that
you clean the product directly after every use.
• Never immerse the product in water or other liquids
for cleaning.
• Clean the product at regular intervals using a damp
cloth and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning
products or solvents; they could attack the plastic
parts of the product. Make sure that no water can pen-
etrate the product interior.
• Always keep the product clean, dry and free from oil
or grease. Remove dust after each use and before
storage.

1. You can remove foreign objects from clogged nozzles
(14, 15) with the nozzle cleaning needle (19).
2. Rinse the nozzles (14, 15) with water to remove any
foreign objects.
11.1.2
1. Clean the strainer insert, which is installed between
the coupling (12a) and the water connection (12), at
regular intervals.
2. To do this, unscrew the coupling (12a) from the water
connection (12).
3. Clean the strainer insert with the nozzle cleaning nee-
dle (19).
