video port is the second from the right.) Secure the cable connection with
the screws provided.
Connect the monitor power cable and plug it into a properly grounded

wall outlet.
Follow any setup instructions in the monitor manual.

Turn on power to the monitor.

7. Press the Suspend button to resume Active mode or power on the NEC
Versa 2000.
Toggle the
CRT monitor.

Printer

You can attach a printer with either a parallel or a serial connector. A paral-
lel printer connector has 25 pins; a serial connector has 9 pins. Chances are
your printer came with both types of connectors.
