16 Data extractor

DermaLab SkinLab version 2.5.0.0 and onwards provides built-in capabilities for ex-
tracting data from several cortex measurement files and combining the results into
a .csv file.
The Data extractor can be accessed on the main menu by clicking "Extract data" in
the top row of the screen.
The data extractor page consists of 4 parts:
Folder selection
Select which folder the data extractor should look for .cmf files in. The search for .cmf files will be
performed on the selected directory and all subdirectories within the selected folder.
Log
The log will provide information regarding the currently selected folder and the extraction process
once started. The log can be cleared by clicking "Clear log".
