To minimize possible cross-contamination, a disposable TEWL-probe protector is available to be
placed on the skin side of the probe.
The sensors in the probe are delicate, do not touch and
handle the probe carefully. The sensors inside the probe
shall not get in close contact with volatile chemicals such
as solvents or other organic compounds used for e.g.
cleaning or disinfection.
