Place a piece of pizza dough in the pan and coat it with some of the residual marinade. Spread the mushroom
mixture onto it. Spread some mozzarella on top and bake in the PizzaRaclette6 until the dough is crispy and
the cheese is melted.

Slice the mushrooms, olives and mozzarella, cut the ham into strips and dice the artichokes. Chop the
anchovies.
Place a piece of pizza dough in the pan and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto it. Top with mushrooms,
ham, artichokes, sardines and olives. Distribute mozzarella slices on top and season with salt and freshly
ground pepper. Bake in the PizzaRaclette6 until the dough is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Pizza Mexicana

Ground beef
Chili pepper, deseeded, finely chopped
Red beans from the jar, drained
Corn from the jar, drained
Grated Gouda cheese
Tabasco, hot paprika powder

Sauté the ground meat until crumbly, then add the beans, corn and the diced chili pepper. Season with salt,
freshly ground pepper, paprika and Tabasco until the mixture is spicy.
Place a piece of pizza dough in the pan and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto it. Top with the meat. Coat
with the grated cheese and bake in the PizzaRaclette6 until the dough is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Pizza Arugula

Cocktail tomatoes
Garlic
Arugula
Olive oil
Parma ham
Grated parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper
Halve the cocktail tomatoes and put in a bowl, add the crushed garlic and mix with some olive oil. Wash the
arugula, spin dry and cut off the thick stems. Mix the cocktail tomatoes, garlic and arugula with olive oil. Season
with salt and freshly ground pepper.

until the dough is crispy. After baking, top the mini pizza with Parma ham and the tomato-arugula salad. Sprinkle
with parmesan cheese.
