INSTALLATION PREPARATIONS IMPORTANT! • If long duct run is needed, increase the duct size from 8" to 9" or 10". • If a reducer is needed, use a long reducer instead of a pancake reducer and install it as far away from the range hood as possible. Reducing the duct size will restrict and decrease the speed of the airflow and hense lower the range hood's performance.
