Commissioning
Not grounded machine can cause electric shock. Power outlet MUST HAVE proper grounding

to avoid electric shock.
•
Wall receptacle MUST be installed by a qualified electrician.
If supply cord damaged, it MUST be replaced by manufacturer, service agent, or a skilled
•
person in order to avoid hazard.
•
Installation, assembling, and electric connections must be performed by a qualified
technician.
3.1
Ambient requirements
This machine is designed to be operated indoors at the ambient temperature from +5 °C to
+40 °C (+41 °F to +104 °F) and relative humidity not more than 45% at 40 °C (104 °F) while
using at altitudes not exceeding 1000 m over the sea level. The temperature decreasing is
related to RH increasing, for example, 90% of RH at 20 °C (68 °F). This machine MUST NOT be
exposed to precipitations of any kind (rain, snow and so on).
A ventilation hood measuring at least 800x800 mm must be provided above the machine, with
a minimum capacity of 750 cu.m/h.
3.2
Installation
1. Unpack the machine carefully and keep packaging for future use.
2. Check the delivery set.
3. Put the machine on a flat, even, clean surface.
4. Lock all four swivel casters.
5. Remove protective film where applicable.
6. Wipe all surfaces with a clean cloth dampened with a mild soap. Then remove soap
residues with a cloth dampened with water. Let it dry.
7. Inspect the supply cord for any damages.
8. Perform operation check (see corresponding section).
9. Fill in 'Commissioning report' in Factory Certificate.
