7. Check door seal (5). Replace worn out seal.
8. Open junction box of turbine motor M1. Check connections. Restore connection, face up
pitted contacts, tighten loosen contacts. Check the motor. Its rotor should spin freely.
Make sure that there is no open or short circuit, nor ground fault in its windings.
Resistance of each winding must be about the same. Replace fault motor.
9. Take out the sifter. Check condition of the wheels on both rollers. Replace worn out
wheels. Check mechanical joints of the wheels, rollers, and motor.
10. Check swivel caster operation, incluing its breaking mechanism. Grease its axis.
11. Make a note about conducted maintenance in the corresponding section of the
machine's factory certificate.
