For a quick check of the correct direction
of the front light beams, place the scooter
ten metres from a vertical wall and make
sure the ground is level.
Turn on the low beam light, sit on the
scooter and check that the light beam
projected to the wall is a little below the
03_26
headlight horizontal straight line (about
9/10 of the total height).
To adjust the light beam:
Unscrew and remove the head-
light lower screw "1".
Remove the chromium plated
ring nut.
Move the headlight upper lock
slightly forward but do not re-
move it.
Insert a screwdriver in the front
headlight set screw "2". Turn it

CLOCKWISE to lower the light
beam. Turn it ANTICLOCK-
WISE to lift the light beam.

Regeling van de koplamp

(03_26, 03_27)
Voor een snelle controle van de correcte
richting van de lichtbundel vooraan,
plaats men het voertuig op tien meter af-
stand van een verticale wand, en contro-
leert men of het terrein vlak is.
Ontsteek het dimlicht, ga op het voertuig
zitten en controleer of de lichtbundel die
op de wand wordt geprojecteerd zich iets
onder de horizontale lijn van de koplamp
bevindt (ongeveer 9/10 van de totale
hoogte).
Voor het regelen van de lichtbundel:
Draai de onderste bout van het
licht «1» los en verwijder ze.
Verwijder de verchroomde dop-
moer.
Verplaats lichtjes de bovenste
sluiting van het licht naar voor,
zonder ze te verwijderen.
Plaats een schroevendraaier in
de regelbout van de voorste
koplamp «2». Wanneer men in
WIJZERSZIN draait, verlaagt de
lichtbundel. Wanneer men in
TEGENWIJZERSZIN draait,
verhoogt de lichtbundel.
