Assembling steps Step 3: Pull out the M16 Elastic bolt (small head) (A-2, No. 12). Lock it well after adjusting the Gear adjust- ment assembly (A-1, No. 3) to a suitable hole position. Step 4: Pull out the T-bolt (A-4, No. 19). Insert it well after adjusting the Hook leg assembly (A-3) to a suitable hole position.

Warm-Up/Stretching Thighs Support yourself with your right hand against a wall or your exercise equipment. Lift your left foot backward and hold it with your left hand. Ensure your knee points straight down. Pull your thigh back until you feel a slight stretch in the muscle. Hold this position for 15-20 seconds.
