Mounting and connecting the MiniCODER
Magnetic field!
CAUTION
Exercise caution when approaching the product to metallic objects.
Hold the product in such a way as to avoid crushing of fingers or
skin.
NOTICE
Incorrect handling of measuring surface!
Avoid sudden contact between the measuring surface and other ob-
jects.
Do not destroy or remove the protective layer on the measuring sur-
face.
Observe the assembly sequence.
NOTICE
Incorrect handling of connection components!
Observe minimum bending radiuses.

Accessories, tools and consumables
Fastening elements: 2 M3 screws with spring washers
(recommendation: DIN 912 M3×20 or DIN 7984 M3×20)
Torque wrench
(depending on the screw used and the material of the mounting fixture)
Threadlocker
(for example Loctite 274 depending on the location and purpose of use)
Distance gauge supplied
Lint-free cloth, moistened with a non-corrosive cleaning agent
As required: Mobile service unit
Accessories and tools for connecting the MiniCODER to the
higher level control system
(depending on the connection type)
