Function
Obtain an Address from a
DHCP Server

Description
Click on this radio button to enable DHCP addressing. An IP
address will be automatically assigned to your terminal by the
DHCP server.
Use this group box to enter a specific IP address.
IP Address
Enter a static IP address in this field.
Subnet Mask
Enter the subnet mask of the IP address.
Gateway
Enter the gateway of the IP address.
Enter a name of your choice for the terminal.
Use this scroll list to select a network communication speed.
The choices are (in Mb/s):

Auto Detect (default)
•
10 Mbs - Half Duplex
•
10 Mbs - Full Duplex
•
100 Mbs - Half Duplex
•
100 Mbs - Full Duplex
Note
If you do not know your network's communication speed
or whether the communication link should be half- or
full-duplex, contact your system administrator.
