Target range
Time in range goal
It's always important to talk to your HCP to find your individual target range, and time
in range goal
For people with diabetes:
Less than 6 hours
above target range

Between 70–180 mg/dL.
70% of your day, or at least
17 hours in target range.
Less than 1 hour of the day
below target range (less
than 70 mg/dL).
Less than 6 hours of the
day above target range
(above 250 mg/dL).
Less than 1 hour
below target range

At least 17 hours in
target range
People without diabetes
(or with prediabetes)
Between 70–140 mg/dL.
Set to 96% of the day.
