Advanced > FIlter > IP Filter
Select Block or Pass.
Select the protocol type: TCP, UDP, or Both.
Enter the IP address of the source computer.
Enter the IP address of the destination computer.
Enter the subnet mask of the source computer.
Enter the subnet mask of the destination computer.
Enter the port range you want to open. If you want to open only
one port, enter the same port in both boxes.
Enter the port range you want to open. In most cases, the source
and destination port(s) will be the same.
Check the box to enable each of the optional TCP packet options.
Select to enable or disable the rule.
Click Apply to save your settings.
