Corresponding to the OCP2 network card connection
status indicator light.
network Green (steady on): Indicates that the OCP2 network
presence card is in place.
indicator Off: Indicates that the OCP network card is not
installed or is malfunctioning.
Note: This corresponds to the two OCP network cards
on the motherboard.
