    OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT Proper seat height is important for efficient exercise. To determine proper seat height, sit on the BIKE and center the ball of your foot on the pedal in the down position. Your leg should be slightly bent and relaxed as shown.

    COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS This computer provides different programs designed to help you meet your fitness goals. Simply choose the program you like, set the time for the workout, and begin exercising. The computer display will show the elapsed time, speed, distance, pulse, and approximate calories burned.

LOAD INDICATOR PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS This computer contains of 7 different programs, P0 to P6. You can preset the program time and the computer will divide the time into 10 intervals.

Press the SET button and the display will flash one of the following seven programs, P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, or P6. Press the UP or DOWN button to select a program. Press the SET button when the desired program number appears.
