Improper attachment could result in an automobile accident, and could cause serious bodily injury or death to you or to others involved. You are responsible for assembling and securing Flatline Van Co products to your vehicle, checking the mounting points and attachments prior to use, and regularly inspecting the products for wear and or damage. -

- Page 5 7/16” SOCKET OR WRENCH TOOLS REQUIRED FOR THIS STEP: STEP | 01 LAYOUT AND INSTALL PREP 1.1 Determine Depth of Lock Rod: You may need to adjust the depth of the Lock Rod to accomodate clearance of the install of your new Rotopax Mount Adapter (FIG 1).
- Page 6 TOOLS REQUIRED FOR THIS STEP: STEP | 02 INSTALL ROTOPAX ADAPTER 2.1 Position Rotopax Adapter on Tire Carrier: Set the Adapter Mount onto the Lock Rod of your Rear Tire Carrier (FIG 3). 2.2 Pin Rotopax Adapter to Carrier: Use the Clevis and Cotter Pins to keep the Adapter Mount in place (FIG 4+5).
- Page 7 TOOLS REQUIRED FOR THIS STEP: 3/16” ALLEN WRENCH 7/16” SOCKET OR WRENCH STEP | 03 INSTALL ROTOPAX MOUNT 3.1 Attach Rotopax to Adapter Mount: Attach the Rotopax Mount to the Adapter Mount using the supplied 1/4-20 x 0.75 Flanged Button Head Screws, Flat Washers and Nylon Locknuts (FIG 7+8).
