Changing the Fuse
The MCLS2-CUSTOM Source uses a 1.25 A, 250 VAC Schurter Inc. part number 0034.3118 glass cartridge fuse.
Should the fuse blow and need to be replaced, the same fuse must be used. The fuse can be found in the tray
below the AC mains plug.
To replace the fuse:
1. Remove the mains power cord.
2. Pull the fuse tray open.
3. Remove the old fuse and dispose appropriately.
4. Insert the new 1.25 A Type T Slow Blow fuse into the tray.
5. Close the tray and plug in the mains power cord.
The unit can then be plugged back in and powered on. If the unit fails to start, refer to the Trouble Shooting section
in Chapter 6 or contact your local technical support office.

Shock Warning
To avoid electrical shock and severe injury, before changing the fuse: turn the
MCLS2-CUSTOM off, unplug the AC mains cord from the wall then the
MCLS2-CUSTOM. Failure to do so can cause electrical shock resulting in severe
injury or even death.
1. Make sure AC line cord is fully inserted into the AC Input receptacle
and plugged into an outlet providing 100 to 240 VAC.
