Knob Menu

The Knob Menu is to setup user preferences with respect to the knob LEDS and the different adjustment options.
The control knob located to the left of the display provides a color matched backlight that will default to white
light to indicate the system is powered on. When adjusting a channel specific parameter, the knob background
LEDs will change to that channel's color (see section 4.2.4 Channel Settings Sub-Menu). The knob defaults to white
for all other adjustment. The sensitivity of the knob for each parameter may also be set.
Tapping the corresponding option will allow the user to set the parameter to their desired value. The knob
increment selections function the same for all the parameters. The default values are shown in Figure 14 above.

Turn off Knob LEDs (Checkbox): Tap to check/uncheck. This turns on/off the status LEDs behind the knob.

Knob timeout (s): This determines the amount of time a parameter will stay active when selected. If
adjustments are made, the timer is reset. After the timeout, the parameter will deselect, and knob color
will revert to the system white. By default, this is set to 30 seconds.

Knob brightness (%): This option controls how bright the knob backlight ring will display. The value is
displayed as a percentage.

Knob Increment: Tapping this option brings a popup window that allows the user to set the amount the
knob increments or decrements for a given parameter when the knob is turned.

General Menu

The General sub-menu allows for adjustment of user preferences as listed below.
•
Temperature Units: Choose whether to display °C or °F.
•
Displayed Temperature: Choose whether to display Set Temperature or Measured Temperature.
•
Control Timeouts: This determines the amount of time a parameter will stay active when selected. If
adjustments are made, the timer is reset. After the timeout, the parameter will deselect, and knob color
will revert to the system white. By default, this is set to 30 seconds.
