Slide the 1.5" X 16" extrusion through the bottom slot of the 3" X 19" extrusion.

Secure the bottom of the shifter arm with the shifter arm plate using 1 M8 X 16
socket screw. The 1.5" X 16" extrusion is threaded on both sides, no worries.
