Measure 22” as shown and tighten fully. You can cap up the Corner gussets. Assemble the adjustable feet at the same height. Make sure to have 2 mirrored and not all 4 on the same side! Also attach 2X M8 X 16 socket screws and 2X M8 t-nuts.

Attach the rear plate using 4X M8 X 20 flat head screws. Tighten fully. Note: The screws may be tougher than expected to turn because of the powdercoating. You won’t break it, use that elbow grease! Prepare 2 corner gussets with the following twist : Using the flathead screwdriver, slide the flathead under the small tab on the bottom, and pry out the tab.

Place the gussets at the end of the 1.5” X 22” extrusions following the pattern shown below. Make sure the gusset are place on the opposite side of the flat face. Tighten no more than handtight. Place 2 M8 t-nuts through the top slot of the 4.5” X 19” extrusion. Use the technique explained on the page “T-nut install tip”...

13. Follow the Pro Pedal Tray Assembly section. Assemble 4 X M8 X 16 Socket screws and 4X M8 T-Nuts on the heel rest sides. Screw in the T-Nuts no more than a turn. Assemble 4 X M8 X 16 Socket screws and 4X M8 T-Nuts on the pedal tray sides.

First slide the heel rest through the 4.5” X 24” Extrusions. Slide through the top slot for the highest adjustments capabilities, or the bottom slot for the lowest adjustments. Then slide the pedal tray in the same fashion. Tighten it snug for the moment, but only fully tighten after positioning your pedals.

Install the front plate using 4X M8 button head screws. Tighten Fully. With the base on its side, insert 2X M8 T-Nuts in the bottom of the 50” extrusion. Insert the T nut perpendicular, and with the help of a small allen key in your attire such as a 3mm, pry the T nut straight with the allen key through the hole.

Install the lower Up Post Plate with 2X M8 X 16 socket screws and the previously placed T-Nuts. Repeat on both sides. Tighten barely fingertight for the moment. Install also the lower shifter arm bracket the same way.

Install the Up Post using 2X M8 X 16 socket screws. Repeat on both sides. Make sure to have the flat face towards the outside. Do not tighten fully. Prepare the Up Post Corner Plate with 2X M8 X 16 socket screws and 2X M8 T-Nuts.

Slide the prepared Up Post Corner Plate through the channels of the Up Post. Repeat on both sides. Screw the Up Post Corner Plate to the 50” extrusion using the previously inserted T-Nuts and 2X M8 X 16 socket screw. Repeat on both sides. Do not tighten fully.

Place the 4.5” X 30” extrusions at 15” from the front of the chassis. Tighten fully the lower and upper post brackets. 23. Follow the Wheel Deck Assembly Section. Prepare the lower guide stopper with 2X M8 X 16 socket screws and 2X M8 t- nuts.

Slide the stopper through the up-post. Repeat on both sides. Tighten by hand. Prepare the 4X remaining guide rails with 2X M8 x 12 low profile socket screws and 2X M8 t-nuts each. Slide the guides down the first and last slot of the 4.5” X 30” extrusion and place them flush to the top.

Slide down the wheeldeck through the guide rails. If it doesn’t slide right in, loosen the M5X16 screws holding the guide rollers. Once in place, tighten the locking levers to stop the wheeldeck from hitting the lower guide stopper. Prepare 2X corner gussets with 2X M8 X 16 socket screws and 2X M8 T-Nuts. Slide them on either side of the 3”...

Slide the assembled extrusion through the top of the desired Up Post (depending if you want a RHD or LHD setup, a LHD setup is shown). Slide it down to about the middle, don’t tighten yet. Prepare a corner gusset with 2X M8 T-Nuts and 2X M8 X 16 socket screws.

Slide the 1.5” X 16” extrusion through the bottom slot of the 3” X 19” extrusion. Secure the bottom of the shifter arm with the shifter arm plate using 1 M8 X 16 socket screw. The 1.5” X 16” extrusion is threaded on both sides, no worries.

Install the upper guide stopper using 2X M8 X 16 button head screws. Repeat on both sides and tighten fully. For the finishing touches, cap all the visible open extrusion ends using the corresponding endcap and pushpins.

Fasten the 3” X 15.5” extrusions to the sides using 4X M8 X 16 flat head screws per extrusion. Tighten fully the topmost extrusion, leave the lower extrusion through the slot loose. Finish the pedal tray with 4X endcaps and push pins to cover the open ends on the 1.5”...

Heel Rest Assembly Prepare both heel rest sides with 2X M6 X 12 flat head screws and 2X M6 T- Nuts. Slide the assembly through the groove of the 1.5” X 8” extrusion. Tighten Fully. Prepare the heel rest plate with 4X M8 X 12 button head screws and 4X M8 T- Nuts.

Cap the ends of the 1.5” extrusion using the included endcaps and push pins.
Pro Wheel Deck Assemble the side plate to the 3” X 2 7/8” extrusion using 2X M8 X 16 flat head screws. Repeat for both sides, tighten fully. Assemble the guide fastening plate to the 3” X 2 7/8” extrusion using 2X M8 X 16 flat head screws.

Assemble the vertical rollers to the side plate using 2X M5x16 socket screws each. Tighten no more than hand tight. Make sure to respect the orientation of the locking handles. Repeat for both sides. Assemble the linear guide rail with 2X M8 X 12 low profile socket screws and 2X t-nuts.

Assemble the DD side plate with 2X M8 X 16 flat head screws and 2X M8 t- nuts, and slide on the 1.5” X 8” extrusion as shown. Place the DD side at 1” from the end of the 1.5” extrusion. Repeat for both sides. Tighten Fully. Slide the roller part of the guide through the guide rail.

Install the 4 guide end plates using 1 M8 X 16 button head screw each. Tighten fully. Install the front mount plate using 4X M8 X 16 socket screws. Make sure to respect the orientation shown.
T-Nut install tip Insert an M8 T-Nut in the desired slot of the extrusion. Insert the T-nut perpendicular, and with the help of a small allen key in your attire such as a 3mm, pry the T-nut straight with the allen key through the hole. The t-nut will snap into place when in position.
User Guide Pedal tray adjustment You can slide the T-nut/screw assembly either through the bottom, middle or top channel of the extrusion, and you can position it however high or low. Make sure to have your pedals already properly setup before placing the pedal tray! Tighten fully the 4 screws holding the pedal tray before use, you may want to verify a second time just to be sure.
Wheel deck adjustment The Pro wheel deck brings a quick and easy depth and height adjustment to accommodate either different wheels or different drivers. To adjust depth, loosen the two levers for the horizontal linear guides, place to the desired spot, and re-tighten.
Shifter Arm adjustment If your shifter, or side accessories, are too tall for comfortable use at the regular shifter arm height, you can slide down the 19” extrusion. Loosen the 3 corner gussets holding it and place where your shifter and/or handbrake feels best!
