    Assembly guide Main Chassis Assemble 12 X corner gussets with 2 M8 screws and 2 M8 T-Nuts. Screw in the T-Nuts no more than a turn. Make sure to respect the shown orientation of the T-Nuts for trouble-free assembly. Slide the gussets on either side of the 19” x 4.5” extrusion and place flush. Tighten the screws fully using a 6mm allen key.
  • Page 8 Slide the gussets on either side of the 19” x 3” extrusion. Repeat twice. Tighten barely hand tight to the extrusion. Slide the remaining open part of the gusset through the 40” x 6” extrusions. To position the inner 3” X 19” appropriately, place your seat bracket for dimensional reference (shown as reference is our Formula side brackets).
  • Page 9 Assemble the adjustable feet at the same height. Make sure to have 2 mirrored and not all 4 on the same side! Also attach 2X M8 X 16 socket screws and 2X M8 t-nuts. With the platform upside down, slide in the feet to every end through the bottom of the 6”...
  • Page 10 To begin the raised pedal tray assembly, start with placing 4X M8 t-nuts through the two middle slots of the extrusion as shown. I suggest following the technique in the section “T-Nut install tip”. Repeat on both sides. Attach the body to pedal body bracket using 4X M8 X 16 socket screws. Do no tighten.
  • Page 11 Slide a 4.5” X 24” extrusion through the loose t-nuts previously placed. Place the extrusion flush to the bracket. Tighten to the 24” extrusion. Place the end of the 4.5” extrusion at 12” from the base as shown. Don’t tighten fully yet. Attach the upper post links to the end of the 24”...
  • Page 12 Slide the front braces through the bottom of the 4.5” X 24” extrusion. Use 2X M8 X 16 socket screws to fasten the bracket to the end of the 6” X 40” extrusion. Tighten fully all screws as well as the 16 screws of the body to pedal body brackets.
  • Page 13 Install 2X M8 t-nuts and 2X M8 X 12 button head screws on the upper post link. Repeat for both sides, do not tighten more than a turn. Slide the 4.5” X 28” extrusion through the previously installed t-nuts. Rest the extrusion on the lower post bracket.
  • Page 14 Assemble the top brace with 2X M8 X 12 button head screws and 2X M8 t- nuts. Tighten no more than a turn. Repeat for both braces. Place a t-nut on the top of the 4.5” X 24” extrusion, lined up with the most forward slot of the up-post.
  • Page 15 23. Follow the Pro Pedal Tray Assembly section. Assemble 4 X M8 X 16 Socket screws and 4X M8 T-Nuts on the heel rest sides. Screw in the T-Nuts no more than a turn. Assemble 4 X M8 X 16 Socket screws and 4X M8 T-Nuts on the pedal tray sides.
  • Page 16 Install the front plate using 4 X M8 X 12 button head screws. Tighten fully.
  • Page 17 19. Follow the Wheel Deck Assembly Section. Installation is the same wether you have the standard or Direct Drive Wheel Deck. Prepare the Wheel Deck with 4X T-Nuts and 4X M8 X 16 socket screws. Screw in the T-Nuts no more than a turn. Slide the Wheel Deck through the top of the Up Post Channels.

    Pro Pedal Tray & Heel Rest Pedal Tray Assembly Assemble the Pedal Tray side with 4X M8 t-nuts and 4X M8 X 16 flat head screws. Tighten no more than a turn and repeat for both sides. Slide a 1.5” X 10” extrusion through the t-nuts. Place the extrusion flush to the end of the bracket and tighten fully.
  • Page 21 Assemble the pedal tray tops with 4X M8 t-nuts and 4X M8 X 16 flat head screws. Tighten no more than a turn. Repeat for both sides. Slide the pedal tray top over the side and extrusion assembly. Repeat for both sides.
  • Page 22 Fasten the 3” X 15.5” extrusions to the sides using 4X M8 X 16 flat head screws per extrusion. Tighten fully the topmost extrusion, leave the lower extrusion through the slot loose. Finish the pedal tray with 4X endcaps and push pins to cover the open ends on the 1.5”...
  • Page 23 Heel Rest Assembly Prepare both heel rest sides with 2X M6 X 12 flat head screws and 2X M6 T- Nuts. Slide the assembly through the groove of the 1.5” X 8” extrusion. Tighten Fully. Prepare the heel rest plate with 4X M8 X 12 socket screws and 4X M8 T-Nuts. Slide the assembly on top of the previously fastened parts.

    Wheel Deck Pro Formula Wheel Deck Assemble the side plate to the 3” X 4 1/16” extrusion using 2X M8 X 16 flat head screws. Repeat for both sides, tighten fully. Assemble the guide fastening plate to the 3” X 4 1/16” extrusion using 2X M8 X 16 flat head screws.
  • Page 25 Assemble the linear guide rail with 2X M8 X 12 low profile socket screws and 2X t-nuts. Tighten no more than a turn, repeat for both guides. Slide the rail through the 1.5” X 8” extrusion. Make sure to have the flat face perpendicular to the rail, as shown.
  • Page 26 Slide the roller part of the guide through the guide rail. Screw the lever tight to block the guide at about the middle position. Repeat on both sides. Install the 4 guide end plates using 1 M8 X 16 button head screw each. Tighten fully.
  • Page 27 Install the front mount plate using 4X M8 X 16 socket screws. Make sure to respect the orientation shown.
  • Page 28: T-Nut Install Tip

    T-Nut install tip Insert an M8 T-Nut in the desired slot of the extrusion. Insert the T-nut perpendicular, and with the help of a small allen key in your attire such as a 3mm, pry the T-nut straight with the allen key through the hole. The t-nut will snap into place when in position.

    User Guide Pedal tray adjustment You can slide the T-nut/screw assembly either through the bottom, middle or top channel of the extrusion, and you can position it however high or low. Make sure to have your pedals already properly set up before placing the pedal tray! Tighten fully the 4 screws holding the pedal tray before use, you may want to verify a second time just to be sure.

    Wheel deck adjustment The Pro wheel deck brings a quick and easy depth adjustment to accommodate either different wheels or different drivers. To adjust, loosen the two levers, place to the desired spot, and re-tighten. Simple as that! For angle adjustment, you can go by the up-post brackets on either side of the wheel deck.
