53.Status will give access to cooking
statistics, alarm logs, filter life, and
system information.
56.Press the More button to view the
Alarm log.

54.Cooking statistics can be sorted by pre-
set, cycles, and hours. Press the Sorted
By button to toggle between these.
Press the % button to show statistic
percentages.
57.The Alarm Log will show history of the
date / time, and name of previous error
codes. Press the Alarm Log—Page 1 to
toggle to second page if applicable.

55.Press and hold the Cooking Statistics
button at the top of the screen to
clear cycles and hours.
Operator and System totals cannot be
cleared.
58.Press and hold the Alarm Log—Page
1 to clear alarm history.
