16.If you have Time / Temp Comp set
to YES you may notice the time on
the display slow down. The cooking
logic built into the AutoFry compen-
sates for the drop in oil temperature
so your product comes out perfect
every time.
19.PRESS CANCEL twice to abort cook
cycle. The basket will drain for 12
seconds and then dispense.

17.At 0:00, the basket will raise to the
Drain position and hold for 12 seconds.
DO NOT OPEN THE ENTRY CHUTE WHILE
BASKET IS DRAINING!
20.The basket will return to the Ready po-
sition and four quick beeps will signal
the AutoFry is ready for the next order.
21.Press and hold the green POWER
button for 3 seconds to Power the
AutoFry off.

18.The basket will then raise to the Dis-
pense position and drop the food out
the exit chute.
DO NOT OPEN THE ENTRY CHUTE
WHILE BASKET IS DISPENSING!
22.The AutoFry will shut off and display
the Power, Settings, and Tools
screen.
This screen will remain illuminated and
the exhaust fan will continue to run
until the oil temperature cools to be-
low 192°F.
