During the intercom:
o Intercom calls can only be ended with the handset.
° if the handset user has difficulty hearing the base unit user, press NI
to decrease the speaker volume of the base unit.
o If two tones sound, it means a call is received. To answer, press
or (SP-PHONE). The intercom is ended.
Transferring a Call Using Intercom
The intercom can be used during a call. This feature enables you to transfer
the call between the handset and the base unit.
From the handset to the
base unit
1 Handset:
During a call, press
INTERCOM).
e The call is put on hold.
? Base unit:
When the paging party's voice
is heard, answer through MIC.
3 Base unit:
To answer the call, press
(SP-PHONE).
e The transfer is completed.
e Handset user can join the
conversation by pressing
(TALK).
