Answering Calls
With the Base Unit (Digital Speakerphone)
1 Press (SP-PHONE).
o The indicator lights.
2 Speak into MIC
(Microphone).
3 To hang up, press
(SP-PHONE).
e The indicator light goes
out.

e While using the speakerphone, if the handset is on the base unit, you may
switch to it by lifting up.
Hands-Free Digital Speakerphone
Digital speakerphone provides a more natural sounding conversation.
For best performance, please note the followings:
e Use the speakerphone in a quiet room.
e Speak alternately with the cailer.
o lf the caller complains that your voice is hard to hear, press $Z to
decrease the speaker volume.
