Pre-Recorded Common Greeting Message
Two pre-recorded greeting messages are prepared in common memory. If
you do not record a greeting message for yourself (p. 14), one of two
messages will be played when a call is received. Which message will be
played depends on the caller's recording time (p. 18).
To check the pre-recorded greeting message
Press [GREETING CHECK). a

To increase the volume,
e The pre-recorded greeting is
played as below.
press SN. To decrease,
press NF.
GREETING CHECK
NW When the recording time is set to "1 minute" or "up to 18 minutes";
"Hello, we are not available now. Please leave your name and phone number after
the beep. We will retum your call."
E When the recording time is set to "greeting only";
"Hello, we are not available now. Please call again. Thank you for your call."
