Selecting the Caller's Recording Time
You may select the callers recording time of "1 minute", "up to 18 minutes"
or "greeting only". The factory preset is "up to 18 minutes".
1 Press [PROGRAM/2WAY REC).
o The BATT LOW/PROG
indicator lights.
? Press (SCREEN/PLAYBACK).
o The current setting is displayed.

4 Press (1), (2) or (3) to select the
recording time.
o The setting is displayed.
D When finished, press
PROGRAM/2WAY REC).
e The indicator lights go out.

o If you select "greeting only", the unit answers a call with the greeting
message, then hangs up. The unit will not record any caller's message.
o "Greeting only" works only for common memory. Callers can leave
messages in mailboxes even though you have set "greeting only".
