10 The following window will be displayed:
11 Click on the Select button to indicate that the clinical settings were successfully reloaded into
the flow generator.
12 Press the Record button if you did not need to fill out the product problem report or print out the
test results.
19 Fill out product problem report
1 If the flow generator needs to be returned to a ResMed service centre, fill out the ResMed
Service Request Form in Appendix A of this manual, and send it to your regional ResMed
office along with the flow generator.
2 Once again, click on the Record button and open the session just completed.
3 At the bottom of the Xplorer bar select Complete Problem Report and click on the Pass button
to indicate that problem report was completed.
4 Click the Record button to finish the session.
