6 Press the Right key to start the H4i warming up. Ensure the light (circled) on the humidifier
turns on to indicate the unit is warming.
Note:
It may be difficult to determine if the humidifier light is on in a brightly lit room.
7 Press the Right key again to stop the warm-up feature.
8 Switch off the flow generator and remove the H4i docking station.
Warning
The heater plate will be extremely hot.

9 Switch on the flow generator and observe the LCD screen. Confirm that the warm-up feature
prompt is not displayed on the screen.

Data card test
1 With the flow generator switched on, insert the data card into the flow generator, as shown
below:
2 The LCD should briefly display the message:
