6.2 Error Messages and Action Methods
If an error occurs during setting or measurement, one of the error codes listed below will be
displayed on the display section.

Internal information is set in the last two digits ("**" section) of each error code.
● When an error has occurred, check whether the sensor is subject to excessive vibration.
● If the product still does not operate normally after you cleared the above, contact our
office.

Action method
Install the sensor so that strong light or
fluctuating light does not enter the sensor, and
turn the power OFF and then ON.
Turn the power OFF and then ON.
Turn the power OFF and then ON.

execute Set value initialization.
