If no key is pressed in the menus, the balance changes after a certain
time automatically to weighing mode.

9.1.1 Call function menu

 Release [HOLD]
 Switch off the balance
 First press [HOLD] and keep pressed
 Additionally press and hold [ON/OFF/TARE]
